Music To Exercise 2
Lots of you seemed to enjoy the last Spotify playlist (OK, one person emailed me and said “Enjoying your Spotify mix”, but that’s good enough for me), so here’s another. (more…)

Not much to report his morning other than we’ve had a new video review of our app. Excitingly, it sounds like it was done by an actual robot: (more…)
Yesterday I traveled to Brighton to try out a British Military Fitness class by the sea. And what a refreshing change it was! (more…)
Last week, I was invited down to try a British Military Fitness class in Brighton, so today I’ll be packing my beach gear and heading down to the coast. Really interested to see if it’ll be any different, and if the fresh sea air will help me attain new heights of physical achievement*.
I’ll be at the 6PMPreston Park class.
If you’re a BMF member based in Brighton, come and say hi! And if you’re not, why not come down tonight and do a free trial lesson? I’ll be taking pics for the blog, so chances are you could be famous tomorrow**!
I’ll also be giving away 3 copies of the BMF: ‘My Fitness Instructor’ iPhone app at the session – to win one, just find me and say ‘You’re a Big Fat Geek, and I claim my free app’. See you on the grass!
*Yeah, it’s pretty unlikely.

Happy holiday to all of you! Hope you enjoy your long weekend. If you’re looking for something to do, between scarfing down chocolate eggs and feeling slightly sick, why not enter our iPad competition? Personally, I’m going to see Kick Ass again. Awesome film. See you on the other side!
BREAKING NEWS: For the Easter period, the British Military Fitness App, ‘My Fitness Instructor’ has been reduced to £5.99/$9.99! Get it here!
After a break from exercise, re-motivating yourself to get out there and start exercising again can be really tough. I’m going back to British Military Fitness classes tonight, and I’d be lying if I didn’t admit that the prospect of giving up and slumping in front of the telly was more appealing. But I’m not going to. (more…)
So today’s post was supposed to be about getting back into classes after a week off. Yeah, so that didn’t happen. (more…)
Well after months of hard work, blood (not mine), sweat (mostly mine) and tears (only mine), my first iPhone app, ‘My Fitness Instructor‘ is finally in the App Store! Hooray!
I think we’ve managed to put together a really competitive premium app, and you can read all about it on our official app site. Suffice to say, it includes over 5,000,000 fully-voiced work outs (enough to do one a day for the next 13,000 years), a fully featured fitness test, a heart-rate monitor, and video demonstrations of all the exercises.
What’s even better though, is that we’ve got 5 copies to give away. So if you fancy winning one, just post the message below on you Facebook or Twitter account, and I’ll pick 5 of you at random.

Good luck!
Competition closes Friday 2nd April
