On Monday evening, I was on my way to Peckham Rye after a bit of a grumpy day. I was looking forward to working out some of my aggression at my British Military Fitness class. Suddenly, I felt a buzz in my pocket. Fortunately, it wasn’t a bee – it was my phone.

Last Sunday London was overrun by athletes, who were pounding the streets for the 2010 London Marathon. Obviously I wasn’t there – I was tucked up safely in bed, having a sexy dream about Princess Beatrice. Road trip! Coming down to Brighton tonight
Last week, I was invited down to try a British Military Fitness class in Brighton, so today I’ll be packing my beach gear and heading down to the coast. Really interested to see if it’ll be any different, and if the fresh sea air will help me attain new heights of physical achievement*.
